Hi, I’m Jen Du, a 2024 Purdue University graduate with a B.S. in User Experience Design and a Psychology minor. have 3 years of sponsored project experience and 1 year of internship and contract experience as a UX Designer. My passions for technology, psychology, and art (especially digital art!) led me to UX design. Though I love creating beautiful user interfaces, my design process is always informed by user research activities as part of my design philosophy.
In every project, I strive to design accessible experiences that make people happy. I consider myself an eternal student: I love polishing my UX/UI research and design skills and learning from the real people who use my designs. Learning how to creatively and critically design for communities around me has kept me motivated and excited for the future of UX design.
Outside my work, my fun creative outlets are creating digital illustrations and video editing. When I get the chance, I love including stuff from traditional Chinese culture or my Chinese-American upbringing in my designs, art, or just any non-UX-related works. I also love gaming, K-Pop, C-Pop, and most things nerd-related. ✨
